Structural calculations signed/sealed — Commercial Pool ONLY
Special Inspector Form and plans — only if pool is on pilings
Dewatering Affidavit — executed AND notarized by Contractor AND Owner (if applicable)
Completed Residential Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Safety Act — Pool Barrier Affidavits (Notice of Requirements)
Recorded NOC before first inspection if contract price exceeds $5,000
