TECO Gas clearance letter
FPL power disconnect letter (for total demolition)
Mechanical permit to remove A/C units
Temporary fence and screening for the demolition permit
Tree Permit Application with locations, details, tree survey and appraisal if applicable
Broward County Elevator Permit issued/verified if applicable
Erosion and sedimentation control plan — silt fencing, dust remediation, protection of stormwater system in public right-of-way (per FDEP ESC manual)
Letters from ALL utilities proving disconnection: power, gas, cable, AND phone — even if structure was not in service
Recorded NOC before first inspection if job value exceeds $5,000
