Inspector needs the completed AC Changeout Compliance Form AT TIME OF INSPECTION — form will be stamped/approved and returned for jobsite use
AHRI certificate required — matching indoor/outdoor equipment
Palm Beach County — NOT HVHZ — use Florida Product Approval
NOC threshold for HVAC: $15,000 (NOT the standard $5,000)
Contractor must be registered with City of WPB
