BEST PRACTICE: Schedule a Building Miscellaneous inspection (code 143) BEFORE starting work
Meet your inspector BEFORE work begins to discuss expectations on required inspections
The inspector will advise if an affidavit and photos would be accepted

Required roofing inspections include: 111 Roof Framing, 112 Roof Metal/Tin Tag, 118 Roof Sheathing, 121 Roofing in Progress, 104 Final
GotchaTake EXTENSIVE photos during installation — if weather prevents timely inspections, photos + PBC affidavit MAY be accepted at inspector's discretion
Call in required inspections as soon as possible after work is done
NOC required if > $5,000 — record at PBC, email to ds@wpb.org
Contractor must be registered with City of WPB
Insurance cert holder: City of West Palm Beach, 401 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401
Roofing debris disposal fee: $1.50/cubic yard if hauling own debris (Ord. 3944-06, Sec. 74-128)
