After demolition: each lot must be graded to sidewalk grade, seeded, and mulched
Demolition Debris Disposal Fee: $1.50/cubic yard if hauling own debris (Ord. 3944-06, Sec. 74-128)
Calculation: Length × Width × Height (ft) × Conversion Constant = Cubic Yards
Conversion constant: Wood/Metal frame = 0.009; CBS/Masonry = 0.011
If using authorized franchise hauler, debris fee may not apply — see Authorized Franchise Haulers list on wpb.org
Contractor must be registered with City of WPB
Insurance cert holder: City of West Palm Beach, 401 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401
NOC required if > $5,000
