Fire Sprinkler/Alarm Drawings — must have hydraulic calcs and cut sheets of all devices and panels
Review time: 5-10 business days (minor projects), up to 30 days (larger projects)
Plan Processing Fee at submittal for jobs >$10,000: $500 ($10K-$50K), $2,000 ($50K-$100K), $3,000 ($100K-$500K), $5,000 (>$500K) — non-refundable, applied to permit fee at issuance
SFR new construction fees include ALL disciplines (not including roof): $4,845 (≤1,500 SF) to $10,788 (>6,000 SF)
