Contractor registrations expire SEPTEMBER 30TH every year — NOT on the anniversary of registration. Must re-register before Oct 1 or cannot pull permits.

Insurance certificate holder must read EXACTLY 'City of Sunrise, 10770 W. Oakland Park Boulevard, Sunrise, FL 33351' — any variation (wrong street format, missing city name) will delay registration.

Qualifier's government-issued photo ID is required for contractor registration — most cities don't require this. Missing ID = registration rejected.
