(3) Hold Harmless/Indemnification Agreement — NOTARIZED (city-specific form in packet)
NOCRequired when the direct contract is greater than $5,000 ($15,000 for repair or replacement of an existing HVAC system), per Fla. Stat. 713.135. Some older city forms list lower figures. Confirm timing with the building department.
(4) Survey: Residential — within last 2 years / Commercial — within last 6 months
Older survey MAY be used with completed Land Survey Affidavit form IF certified to current owner AND no changes since survey. Photo documentation must accompany. Verified at inspection.
(5) Site plan or survey (to scale) showing ALL: proposed fence/wall location, fence material type (wood, chain link, concrete, etc.), height above grade, length in linear feet, location of gates/openings and swing direction, pool location and approved pool barrier
No gate shall swing onto or over city properties (sidewalks, alleys, etc.)
If fence IS the pool barrier: plans must show all windows and doors within fenced area + fence MUST meet ALL pool barrier requirements
GotchaFinished side of fence must face adjacent property — if not, notarized affidavit from affected property owner waiving requirement must be submitted before FINAL inspection
